Shipping policy

We charge flat-rate shipping for all Australian locations. We use Australia Post as our shipping provider. Our STANDARD parcel shipping is charged at a flat-rate of $9.95 and can take anywhere between 2-5 business days to get to you. EXPRESS POST parcel shipping is charged at a flat-rate of $14.95 and generally takes 1-2 business days. (Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, there may be minor delays in getting your parcels to you, please allow extra time for this or select EXPRESS POST for urgent orders.) FREE standard shipping is applied when you spend $80 or more. Please contact us prior to ordering if your are in a remote location so we can check the best shipping options for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We now ship to America. We charge flat-rate shipping to the United States. Our shipping provider is Australia Post. Our STANDARD parcel shipping is charged at a flat-rate of AUD $24.95 and can take anywhere between 9-20 business days between metro areas. EXPRESS POST is charged at a flat-rate of AUD $34.95 and generally takes anywhere between 7-15 business days between metro areas. (Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic there may be some slight delays. Holiday periods may also affect shipping times. Please allow for this or select EXPRESS Post where time frames are shorter.) FREE Standard shipping is applied when you spend over AUD $200 or more.
